We're happy to discuss your custom clothing order over the telephone, video-chat, or in person.
Choose your clothing styles, base colors, and email us your logos along with a basic idea of your design. Provide us with a Pantone number or choose from our color card. Curve will design your artwork and make revisions per your request. Please contact us directly if you need answers to anything not covered here.
Determine the sizes and quantities for your order and we'll send a final order confirmation for your approval along with a payment link.
Once art is approved, order sizes and quantities are confirmed, and payment is received, the order is put into production and no further changes can be made. Production lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks. Custom clothing orders require a 100% pre-payment.
We'll ship your order and provide you with a tracking number.

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. The client is responsible for checking the order confirmation and artwork proofs in detail for any errors. Curve is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved art proofs.
