What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 10 pieces of a particular style and colorway. I.E. 10 blue sleeveless jerseys, 10 white sleeveless jerseys, etc.
Can we order different sizes of the same design to meet the minimum order quantity?

Yes. Different sizes of the same style and colorway add up to the 10 piece minimum order quantity.
Do you offer price breaks for different quantities?

Yes. We offer price breaks at 30, 50, 100, and 250 total jerseys and sublimated apparel items.
Do different styles of jerseys and apparel items combine for the quantity price discounts?

Yes. Different sublimated apparel clothing items (Volleyball Jerseys, Pro Team Hoodies, Pre Team Windbreakers, etc.), all combine for the total quantity discount (as long as every style/colorway meets the 10 piece minimum order. This doesn’t apply to Arm Sleeves and Pandana Headbands and Gaiters.

How does the design process work?
You can send us your design ideas as written text, hand drawn ideas, photos of your current jerseys, or art files from your previous orders, and we can make a jersey layout for you. If you have specific logos, you will need to send us those files so we can incorporate them into the design. We send you art files, and you send us the necessary changes, and we make modifications until we arrive at your final design.

Can you match our exact team or school colors?
Yes, we can match your colors if we have a Pantone number to work from. Different fabrics and printing processes will yield slightly different colors, but if we have your Pantone color numbers, we can match your colors very closely. CMYK and RGB color numbers can give us a ballpark idea, but those numbers don’t print exactly the same in sublimation as they do in paper printing or as the look on a computer or phone screen.

What file format do you need for our logos and artwork?
Full vector art and logos (.ai or .eps files) usually print the most clearly, but we can work with high resolution .png or .jpg files, also. We recommend that you send us the files that you have, and we will try to make them work to generate your design.

What fabric are the jerseys made from?
Curve Tier 1 Game Volleyball Jerseys are made from two types of 100% Polyester Wicking Microfiber. Our Tier 2 Tournament Volleyball Jerseys are made from Continuous Fiber Ultra-lightweigh Stretch Microfiber which is 92% Polyester and 8% Elastic.

Are Curve Volleyball Jerseys sublimated or screen printed?
Can we order a small number of extra jerseys mid-season?
Curve volleyball jerseys are sublimated. This means the graphics are infused into the individual fabric fibers, which allows the material to breathe and move more naturally than silk screened graphics. Also, sublimated graphics will not crack or peel over time.

What is production lead time for custom volleyball jersey orders?
Our production lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks after approval of final artwork and receipt of payment or formal purchase order (for institutional orders).

Can you print individual names and numbers on the jerseys? Does this cost extra?
Yes. We can print individual names and numbers on the jerseys, and this service is included in the price. It doesn’t cost extra.

Is the re-order time faster than the initial order?
Do you work with school purchase orders?
Yes. Since the artwork is already set up, re-orders of existing designs usually take 4 weeks.
Yes. We can accommodate mid-season add-on orders that meet our 10 piece minimum per style and colorway. Contact us for smaller add-on needs and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you make matching warm-up gear?
Yes. We produce a collection of sublimated hoodies and wind breakers to match your team’s jersey designs.
Can players or parents order individually, or does the whole team need to order together?
Yes. We can accept formal purchase orders from schools and other government institutions.
We can set up a team store where players and parents can order individually, however there is a small premium for this service.

Where do your jerseys ship from, and are they made in USA?
Curve is a Boulder, Colorado based company, and all orders ship from Boulder. Our jerseys are manufactured to the highest quality standards by our long-term production partners overseas.
